My good friend has fulfilled her long time dream of opening her own restaurant!
Having been unable to attend the grand opening a couple months ago, I've made up for it by going nearly every weekend I was there this past month.
Shaan noodles. Not quite soup noodle, not quite jjang noodle. high slurpability, topped with crushed fried beans, peanuts, green onion, spicy paste.
Served with picked veggies and more dried chillis

Between her full time day job, a full time super mom to the most adorable (read: smart and cunning) three year old, she's now also runs a food establishment!
